This menu was created while I was living in Chicago. I was asked to cook the Passover Seder for a large family. This was an exciting challenge for as I had never cooked a traditional kosher holiday before. I had such a wonderful time creating and cooking this meal that I cannot wait for the opportunity to do it again!
